One platform, many pharmacy organisations, each with its own branches, staff roles and records.
Batch-level stock
Medicines, pack units, batches and locations on an append-only ledger. Earliest-expiry stock is used first; expired and quarantined stock is never sold.
Expiry control
Daily checks at three months and one month before expiry, with a dashboard of what needs attention at each branch.
CSV import
Catalogue, opening stock and audited adjustments from spreadsheets, previewed row by row before anything is applied.
Prescriptions
Signed prescriptions are reserved, dispensed in part or in full, verified by a second pharmacist and handed to the ward with a custody record.
Sales and returns
Invoices with exact decimal totals. Returns are linked to the original sale, credited at the original price, and held in quarantine for review.
MedsPro connection
Designed to receive prescriptions from the MedsPro hospital system through signed messages. Rollout with MedsPro is in preparation.
Security and records
Built for clinical and financial records that must stay correct and private.
- Each organisation's data is separated in the database itself
- Role-based access for administrators, pharmacists, inventory staff, cashiers and auditors
- Issued invoices and credit notes cannot be altered
- An append-only audit trail of sign-ins, imports, stock changes and dispensing

- Records stay readable if a subscription lapses; nothing is deleted
